Before you read

These terms explain browsing, accounts, commissions and after-sales support. Temple browsing and enquiries are currently available; online booking is not yet open. Existing orders continue under their original agreements.

1 Service and venues

The service provider is 看围科技有限公司, under the Anxin brand. Temple names, sources and cultural information do not imply official temple affiliation, partnership or collection of payments on a temple’s behalf. Temple browsing and enquiries are currently available; online booking is not yet open. Specific dates and the scope that can be carried out must be checked first.

2 Accounts and content

You can browse public content without signing in. Google sign-in is used to save your own orders, payment status, receipts and after-sales records. Content you provide should relate to matters you have authority to commission; do not submit unrelated sensitive information. Support will not ask for your password or payment verification codes.

3 Selection and confirmation

Base service fees are listed for each specific temple. Opening arrangements, dates and scope are confirmed before the visit. The base commission includes admission tickets, incense, worship and wish-making; photographs and video relate to the specific temple, selected offerings and this commission, and are delivered privately. One portion of 6–8 apples, $19 USD; Six bottles of mineral water, $10 USD; One portion of real, fresh plant flowers, $45 USD; One traditional large candle, usually burning for 2–3 hours, $99 USD. Each item is optional, with no more than one portion of each. Nothing is added by default. Offerings are used at the temple and are not shipped to the customer. Each commission is a separate one-time service, not a subscription, with no automatic renewal. Onsite use follows venue requirements. If an agreed arrangement cannot be provided, we confirm a change or refund with you first rather than substituting it unilaterally. Visit activities and the scope of photos and video must be confirmed item by item. We do not promise efficacy, permanently lit lamps or permission to film in every hall.

4 Dates and scheduling

Appointments are confirmed within one business day after payment. Choose a requested date at least one day in advance. Receipts are delivered within 1–2 business days after the service; support coordinates exceptions. Dates are displayed in Beijing time (UTC+8). A requested date is not a confirmed appointment, and payment does not automatically reserve next-day service. You can enquire about the next 15 days, starting tomorrow, with at most 10 customers per temple per day. Commissions for Lingshun Temple (灵顺寺) are paused during repairs and will not automatically resume on an estimated date. Each venue’s calendar and capacity must be checked first.

5 Fees and payments

Fees are calculated from the selected temple and confirmed items. Taxes, exchange rates and the final payment amount are checked before payment. Previously accepted orders keep their original quotations and agreements, regardless of catalogue changes. Temple browsing and enquiries are currently available; online booking is not yet open. Viewing a quotation does not mean you have paid or reserved a date. If Creem is approved for payments in future, Creem will be the Merchant of Record for that transaction and carry out the responsibilities stated in its buyer terms, while Anxin remains responsible for the agreed in-person commission. This is not a statement that this business has already been approved. The specific transaction roles and applicable terms will be explained clearly before payments open.

6 Carrying out and changing the service

The service must follow the confirmed venue and checklist, including venue etiquette and photography rules. If it cannot be carried out or conditions change, we must explain why and confirm how to proceed with you, including rescheduling or a refund. We do not unilaterally replace the venue or mark unfinished activities as complete.

7 Wishes and outcomes

Prayer expresses faith and personal wishes; it cannot guarantee relationship, health, career or other real-world outcomes. The service scope follows an explicit commission checklist. Unverifiable outcomes are not used as a reason to charge or increase fees.

8 Receipts and private content

Photos and video should correspond to your own order, the specific temple, service date and actual offerings, recording fulfilment where permitted. Generic material or demonstration footage must not be passed off as your receipt. The full wish may appear on camera only with your authorisation and where the venue permits; unrelated people’s identifiable information is not filmed.

Media is delivered privately. Please save important files yourself. Orders subject to the new retention rules display a deadline one calendar month from receipt delivery. Public case studies require separate authorisation.

9 Refunds and after-sales support

Future commissions, once approved to open, have two independent full-refund windows, each lasting 168 consecutive hours (7 × 24 hours), without rounding to calendar or business days. The ordinary cancellation window starts when payment is confirmed and the order is successful, including for orders already carried out. The dissatisfaction window runs independently from actual service completion, not from delivery of the receipt or your last viewing. Both deadlines are displayed in Beijing time (UTC+8), and requests can still be made at the exact deadline. The original request time is used to check eligibility; subsequent processing beyond the deadline does not remove protection for a request already accepted. Previously accepted orders retain their original policies, without shortening their protection because this page is updated.

Within the applicable window, dissatisfaction with any part of the service qualifies for an unconditional full refund. Reasons are used only for improvement; evidence is not required. Staff, offering or other costs already incurred are not deducted. Within 24 hours of the request, the team processes and initiates a full refund to the original payment method. The payment provider handles actual receipt of funds; a refund in progress does not mean it has arrived. Inability to fulfil the service, duplicate charges, payment problems and applicable statutory rights are not excluded by the commercial windows. You may also apply without logging in by emailing support@baifo.xyz, including your order number and what you need us to address. Support will carry out necessary security checks and will not ask for your Google password, verification codes, full bank card details or the full text of your wish. Email is equally available for refunds, after-sales support and privacy requests; adding WeChat or WhatsApp is not required.

10 Contact and resolving problems

Support is available daily, 09:00–24:00 Beijing time (UTC+8), normally with a first reply within one hour during these hours. Outside service hours, you may leave a message; replies begin at 09:00 the following day. WeChat: William97659; WhatsApp: +65 8531 5198; email: support@baifo.xyz. Email is equally available for after-sales support and privacy requests. Adding WeChat or WhatsApp is not a condition of delivery or refunds.
