You can also entrust your family together. It is recommended that there be no more than 3 people per order, so that you can express your feelings one by one.

Communication and presence

Check the selected temples, expected dates and wishes one by one, and arrive according to the confirmed list. Tickets, incense, Buddha worship and making wishes are included in the basic entrustment and will not be charged repeatedly.

Private photos and videos

Private delivery 1-2 working days after the service, recording the specific temple, selected offerings and this commission; photography must comply with venue requirements.

You can also request a visit on behalf of family members.

It is recommended that each order should be limited to 3 people to facilitate the expression of feelings one by one; this is not a mandatory upper limit for the number of people, and there is no repeated charge based on the number of family members.

Offerings are only used on-site at the temple and are not shipped to customers. If the date, venue or offerings cannot be arranged as scheduled, we will confirm the change or refund with you first, and we will not make any unauthorized substitutions.

Two separate full money back guarantees

For new commissions that are approved to be opened in the future, ordinary cancellation can be applied for within 168 hours from the payment confirmation and the order is successful, including executed orders; unsatisfactory refunds will take an additional 168 hours from the completion of the actual service. They are all open 7×24 hours, and the deadline is displayed in Beijing time. You can still apply at the deadline.

The original application time is retained, and subsequent processing beyond the deadline will not affect the accepted application. A full refund will be made within the window without deducting the incurred costs; the original refund will be processed and initiated within 24 hours after application, and the bank will verify the actual arrival. Accepted orders maintain the original policy and quotation.
